in addition to that, it's not just about your employees responsibilities but yours as well. spend resources on polishing your public image through all sorts of published materials you used. make sure they are consistent with the image you foresee for your company.
civic consciousness and corporate social responsibilities now play a huge part.
even the physical outlook of your organization's premises and other hard materials and websites deal a lot with sending a signal of what your organization is all about.
personally i believe making your employees happy working with your organization and willing to fight for your organization and genuinely promote the wellbeing of your organization is the best way possible. get the right workforce and reward them accordingly the way you would expect somebody who values you do unto you.
