Overcoming Your Fears
oftentimes without us knowing, some negative thoughts about the possibility of failures in the future and the experiences in the past simply cut us out from living in the now. never indeed most of us accepted our fears and questioned its relevance.
here are some tips i managed to compile after googling up some advices from some others.
1. as usual, think of the positive motivations and take out the negatives.
2. be in the now and not the past of the future. focus on now and be affirmative about what you can do.
3. take small steps.
4. visualize success.
5. see failure and rejections in a new light.
6. subjective reality. understand that there is no separation between all entities in the world, and that we are all essentially one and this thought will eliminate most negativity and impossibility of bridging and connecting.
7. surrender and accept your fear when you can't fight it and not give up. feel fear and you will soon realize that your body has the incredible capacity to release the fear in just minutes after you accept and absorb them. it vanishes before you notice. it is the denial of your fear, labeling and judgments that fail you.
these are just some tips. think over it i'm sure you will find it useful at some point in life.
cheers~
