aims: to empower individuals to realize and live their dreams.
how? by assisting them to implore their real worth and values to contribute to the society.
is this currently a problem? yes. because many of us Asian graduates are taught to believe that we graduate for a lame purpose of securing a job and fulfilling our employers just to survive. we barely dare to speak out our dreams and work on it because we are taught to be humble and keep it to ourselves. we have little self belief and we need a platform to help us realize our potentials in making a change and making ways to achievements in life.
who are my respondents? graduates and undergraduates who are about to embark on a quest of pursuing career life.
longitudinal test. pre and post test to motivate changes in my respondents to make a difference. possible? still not seeing lights..
