Dhoom 2: worth watch for a Bollywood Production.

what more can i say??

HOT and SPICY!

regardless of how other movie critiques address the movie. i respect the diverse perspectives and opinions about the movie Dhoom 2. but i like it. 4 stars for its genre.

i never liked watching indian movies, i'm a chinese by the way. i hated bollywood movies. but this movie kept me on for 3 half hours on local tv channel. one of a kind.

mtv genre of movie.

it basically combines the best of commercialism, sex appeal, chic fashions, contrast of colors, edginess of styles, adored personalities and characters, idealistic romance, the intervention of indian traditional and modern cultures, touches of glamor and heroic scenes, funky art, rich of fame and luxuries, compelling speed, even spices of culinary arts, satisfying soundtrack with indian music, interesting relationships bonded, international languages and more.

yes it is near to complete nonsense for realism. if you sought realism and portrait of lively scenes without any touch-ups, then trust me, you won't enjoy this film. go watch Grammy winning movies which capture the slowest and purest of life glimpses. don't go after fantasy, materialism, and entertainment.

1 great thing about this movie, it captures the essence of similar movie genres and put all in one. perhaps the acting isn't up to the mark, perhaps the storyline isn't fantastic, the plot lacking connections, the technology isn't leading, but if you were to consider the good points, it's still a worth watch.

it captures some world heritages and footages, spices of life, crisps of some leading movies and scenes with a twist of innovation.

there is a little showcase of realism by the way, if you analyze in depth or with little pessimism or sarcasm. there's a little scandal, dilemma, conflict of interest, depiction of defects in perfection, minutive fear and more. do watch out yourself.

great thing about some preservation of the Bollywood style movie scripting, it preserves the unavoidable dance scenes but with funkier and sexier approaches, the lengthy 200 minutes running time but without as much torture of boredom but new footages.

it captures international scenes as opposed to only local traditional indian marks, and greater than that, it also promotes india as a spot for international tourism attraction. also the rest of the leading tourist spots in some other parts of the world.

some humor, sex symbols in an edgy fashion, creativity in ideas, colors and match of characters and chemistry.

okay i oversold the movie.

in a nutshell, i think it's a worth watch, opposing to some reviews from this site.

Dhoom 2, it's a CELEBRATION! =)

the cool thing about Dhoom 2, it's leading in its own fashionable and celebrative ways. unlike leading Hong Kong movies of similar genres or fictions. and the western interpretations too. nice watch. i just finished watching it. =P
